Delivering whitelabel solutions for automations, keywords, and autoresponders for marketing domain.

Collaborated with lead designer and product manager on automation evolution and upsell opportunities, contributing to long-term product vision.
Leading Mailjet integration to enhance reporting capabilities and further functionalities within automations to improve the integration’s value and drive uptake
Designing and developing an embeddable 1:1 conversational thread for partner platforms (starting with HubSpot) to improve cross-team efficiency.

Product Designer

I transform user experiences through growth design and research. My work included:

Co-leading the redesign of flagship features, such as Quick message and collapsible side navigation, for the company rebrand.
Optimising the end-to-end self-serve checkout process in the AU and US region, as well as partner flows, which significantly improved user onboarding and engagement and was scalable for future migration.
Designed the end-to-end postpaid plan upgrade/downgrade experience in the hub for global product-led growth.
Drove product initiatives in the Ecosystems domain, enhancing integration functionalities across platforms.
Designed a verification process for various number types to meet legal requirements, and proposed a low-maintenance, scalable web extensions feature for the product roadmap.
From 2024, drove product initiatives in the Ecosystems domain, improving integration setup across e-commerce and marketing automation platforms.

Product designer

I played a huge role in transforming the inspection and property management experience through user research and design. My work included:

Conducting user testing and feedback interviews with internal and external participants to uncover critical usability issues in the inspection app, which informed product decisions and improved user adoption.
Leading user discovery and business prioritisation for high-impact features such as compliance questions, in-app requests during inspections, and automated delivery of inspection reports — ensuring alignment with both regulatory requirements and customer needs.
Designing the first iteration of the Connect app in Figma, delivering an end-to-end prototype that accelerated internal feedback cycles and created a clear vision for stakeholders.
Driving research and design of the complete inspection journey, leveraging user insights to streamline flows, reduce friction, and enhance efficiency for property managers, owners, and tenants.
Collaborating with fellow Product Designers to resolve design roadblocks and establish best practices, fostering a more consistent user experience across products.
Collaborated with the design team to build a scalable design system with reusable components, styles, and patterns — reducing design debt, enabling faster iteration, and ensuring consistency across multiple app experiences.

Research Engineer (Broad-based UX designer)

I elevated the design and usability of manufacturing systems applications and digital experiences. My work included:

Directing UI design across 16 cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, ensuring consistency, scalability, and user-centered outcomes.
Creating flow diagrams and wireframes for web applications to address complex user needs, accelerating development and improving usability.
Authoring a comprehensive design guideline for web and mobile standards, which streamlined collaboration and reduced inconsistencies across teams.
Designing and developing an interactive dashboard that leveraged industry visitor data, providing actionable insights for stakeholders.
Independently building interactive tables for conferences and exhibits, enhancing audience engagement and showcasing innovation.
Enhancing the UI/UX of a product catalogue and conducting data analytics to inform design improvements and drive customer adoption.
